On-Page SEO Tips for Better Search Engine Optimization

Top 5 On Page SEO Techniques That Will Get You Ranked on Google.
Okay, with all the hoopla around “how do build more backlinks to your site for better rankings”, people have more or less forgotten the importance of On Page Optimization in SEO. The thing is, unless and until you have good on-page SEO, the chances of you getting top ranks on Google are slim. In fact, one of my sites which has only 2 backlinks, is ranking in the Top 3 for a keyword phrase that has 349 million results! How? Good on-page SEO, that’s how!
So let’s get right into it. I hear you asking – what are the most important and essential On Page Search Engine Optimization Techniques that you ought to use if you want an edge over your competition right now?
On Page SEO Tip #1: Title Tag
Yes, no matter how much Internet Marketing “gurus” argue that the “title tag” has lost its relevance in Google, I’ve concluded from my testing that Title Tags still play a major role in getting good rankings. Always include your target keyword in your title tag. Don’t make it look like spam, some people include all their target keywords in their title tag. That is wrong, and looks bad. The title tag on every page must be unique. Remember, real users will see the title tag first when they search for your site or keyword on Google – so keep it readable!
On Page SEO Tip #2: Meta Description Tag
The most important Meta tag you need to really worry about is Meta Description. Google disregards the Meta Keywords tag completely since earlier, webmasters used to fill them with keywords that were completely irrelevant to their page, but had high traffic potential. Include your main keyword once or twice in the Meta Description tag.
On Page SEO Tip #3: Header Tags
Header Tags can help you tremendously in your SEO efforts. Header Tags are tags H1-H6 in order of importance – H1 being the most important. Header Tags simply tell Google that the text in that tag is important & the other content on that page is basically related to what is set in that tag. For SEO purposes, the maximum you need to go to is H3. Include only one H1 tag on your page with your main keyword. Include one or two H2-H3 tags each consisting of your secondary keywords for even better results.
On Page SEO Tip #4: SEO your Content
Content SEO simply involves telling the search engines that certain keywords in your content are more important that the other, so it looks favourably on them, thus getting you better rankings for those keywords. How do you do that? Simply bold & underline your target keywords present in the content. A word of warning, do not overdo it. You don’t need to bold & underline all target keywords present in the content, only a few. You can definitely bold & underline other important areas of content on your webpage that do not include your target keywords. It’s not a problem as long as your main keywords are bolded somewhere on the page.
On Page SEO Tip #5: Internal Linking
Inter-linking your pages internally is important. For a small site of around 15-20 pages, having every page to link to every other page on the website goes a long way in On Page SEO. To take it a step further, do internal linking by using proper Anchor Texts for those links. For example, if a page that’s being linked to is related to On Page SEO Tips, use the anchor text as “On Page SEO Tips”. For even better results, bold/underline that link text.
So here you are, 5 solid On Page SEO tips you can use right away to gain an edge over your competition. Now go rank!

Bidvertiser is Better Than Google Adsense?

A few days ago google has been closed  my google adsense account. They  banned my account without any reason, they just tell that I am doing “invalid activity.” For that reason, that Google has been closed my Account without any reason, I would say that “Bidvertiser is Better Than Google Adsense” for some reasons:
* For small publishers it is really very difficult to reach $100 but bidvertiser pays when publishers reach $10 only and that is also through paypal.
* BidVertiser has unique technique to count valid clicks, they count a click as a click when any user stays on the advertiser’s website for a minimum time span unlike Google, which counts each feather touch on Ads (may be by mistake) as a click.
* Another technique makes BidVertiser as a safe mode for publishers and that is no one can repeatedly click on any bidvertiser Ad of same webpage from the same IP, unlike Adsense Ads, Bidvertiser stops to show Ads when they realize same page of a website is loading from the same IP repeatedly. Tremendous power is hidden within their short Ad codes.
* BidVertiser converts well for advertisers and for this they pay conversion bonus to publishers also.
* BidVertiser concentrates only on their PPC business and that is also website to website, no search engine marketing.
* Short easy integrated code are easy to paste on each page. Less cookie makes BidVertiser Ads fast loading and also less resticted by antivirus systems of user’s PC.
* No hidden business between advertisers and publishers. BidVertiser performs for both advertisers and publishers from the same platform, unlike Google which hides the actual business of the same person maintaining their two different platforms Adwords and Adsense.
* Not really $20 free clicks, but an advertiser will get some clicks for free, but it is my personal recommendation that always prepay with paypal
* There may be many alternatives of PPC campaigns but they are not reliable to the extent of 100%. There may be some people who are not satisfied with BidVertiser also, but their number is very less in comparison to the complains against other PPC networks, search it yourself.
* BidVertiser provides real man support, which is very important.

Which SEO technique is most important?

There are so many SEO techniques. If you were to pick one SEO technique that generates the most results, which would it be?Is link building the most important? How much more important is link building compared to the second most important SEO technique?

Somebody says building links is probably the most ...

Link building is clearly the most important,
I'd say links are the most effective currently, in terms of SERPS.
social bookmarking and forum posting are also the effective one.

SEO Process

SEO Process
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a highly technical process,
Here are the key steps in our process:
Keywords and Competitive Analysis
First, we'll review the site structure and search engine rankings for both your website (if any) and those of your competitors. This helps define your 'Before' and 'After' benchmarks for search engine optimization.
Keyword research is next – identifying the words or phrases that your audience is likely to enter into search engines in order to find your products. This research can yield keyword suggestions that can be one of the most beneficial aspects of SEO, with high returns on investment (ROI).
Keyword research consists of three primary activities:
Discovery
We'll guide you to select the most relevant keywords for your store. We'll use the 'root' keywords to generate related single keywords, keyword combinations, and variations like singular, plurals and synonyms.

We'll then compare these keyword suggestions to those in current use by your audience. The goal is to identify the most widely-used search keywords so we can focus on the 'vital few' for your store.
ROI analysis
Popular keywords aren't always the most valuable. Generic keywords can be widely used while also delivering mediocre conversion rates. We'll perform a statistical analysis that highlights relevant keywords with the highest ROI.
Competitive Analysis
This phase will show you the competitive landscape for any given search term. Competitive factors include how diligent sites are to optimization issues, how many relevant inbound links they have received.

The Site Optimization Process consists of:
On-Page Site Optimization
Here we work on a page-by-page basis to optimize your content. We identify the page(s) needing modification and give you the optimized content you need for higher rankings. All our methods follow Best Practices for SEO and are spam-free. We adjust such factors as Title & Meta Tags, Creating/Reframing, Internal Site Links, Keyword-rich Content, and URL framing. When we're done, your site can definitely be considered search engine-friendly.
• Web Page Analysis
We also perform a deep analysis of your website and server, to identify any issues related to standards compliance, domain usage, page structures, internal and external link structure, URL-rewriting, load balancing. any problems that might lower your search engine position.
• Search Engine Markup Semantic Analysis
Here we analyze the source code of your website and correct anything that could make a search engine hesitate or stumble. This analysis also checks the Meta Tags, Titles, Keyword Density and Content on all pages.
Off-Page Site Optimization
Once On-Page Optimization is complete, we'll reload the website to see if further modifications are needed. When everything's perfect, we'll upload the optimized content (with compiled tags) to your server.

Your website is now ready for the major Search Engines and Directories.
Link Building
Boosting Page Rank is the next priority for your optimized site. When all other factors are equal, Search Engines will always favor the page with a higher Page Rank.

Page Rank is essentially 'link popularity.' It's a reflection of how many other websites contain links pointed at your site. (You may also hear these called 'inbound links' or 'non-reciprocal links.')

Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask Jeeves, AltaVista and others place great importance on incoming links. A large number of high-quality incoming links can help your website beat the competition in the search engine rankings.

12 Simple Steps to Explode Your Site Traffic Using Online Social Media

12 Simple Steps to Explode Your
Site Traffic Using Online Social Media

Last year saw the arrival of online social media. If you operate a website or blog, you would be well advised to realign your site to exploit the popular social media sites for increased traffic.

You should also introduce social media components to your site because web users are experiencing these new forms of interaction on more and more sites and they will have an expectation of the same from your site too.

If you want to attract repeat visitors and want them to stay longer, your focus for the next few months should be on the social aspects of your site.

Social media uses technologies like RSS, blogging, podcasting, tagging, etc. and offers social networking (MySpace, Facebook), social video and picture sharing (YouTube, Flickr), and community-based content ranking (Digg, MiniClip) features.

The central theme of these sites is user generated content used for sharing amongst other users. The social aspects of these sites allow users to setup social communities invite friends and share common interests.

You don't have to change your site immediately to take advantage of these new technologies. Introduce small changes incrementally and you will be well on your way to measure up to your visitors' new expectations.

Step 1. Declare who you are to the online community. People should be able to relate to you. Unless they know more about you, you will be just an unknown identity and most people don't like to deal with people they don't know. Create an About Me page to list your achievements, skills and aspirations.

Step 2. Create a MySpace page and link your biography in the Profile of your MySpace page. Also provide a link back from the MySpace page to your website. Spend an hour every week to develop your online social network in MySpace. Invite a few of your new friends to write blog articles at your site about your products or services.

Step 3. Install a free blog and start publishing at least one article in your blog every week. Provide an easy bookmarking feature to social bookmarking sites like del.icio.us. This is done by providing an action button for each article in your site. The action button takes users to the submission page of the bookmarking site.

Step 4. Provide an action button for direct posting of blog articles to Digg. Digg is a popular news ranking site. A well dugg article will bring thousands of visitors to you.

Step 5. Provide a forum at your site for users to discuss your products and services. Don't delete negative comments because they provide insights into the improvements needed to serve your visitors better. However, censors hate speeches and meaningless bantering. Register your forum at BoardTracker. BoardTracker is a forum search engine.

Step 6. If you are offering products, allow users to review and rate your products. This will help you in inventory management because you may want to discontinue low rated products.

Step 7. Provide RSS feeds for your new products, blogs, forum postings, etc. An RSS feed provides teasers of your content. Users will use RSS readers to scan your teasers and visit your site for more information if the teasers interest them.

Step 8. Publish all your feeds at Feedburner. Feed burner provides media distribution and audience engagement services for RSS feeds. They also provide an advertising network for your feeds. If you have quality content, you will be able to monetize your content using their services.

Step 9. Create short how-to or new product videos and post these videos in social video sharing sites like YouTube and Google video. Provide a few start and end frames in these videos to introduce your site with your site URL. Post these videos using catchy titles, teaser descriptions, and appropriate tags to make them easy to discover.

Step 10. Provide embedded links to your remotely hosted videos on your site. This will save your bandwidth and storage space because the videos reside on the video sharing sites rather than on your own site's server.

Step 11. As well as videos, use social photo sharing sites like Flickr and SmugMug to share pictures related to content on your site. Use the same title, description and tag techniques discussed earlier for social video sites.

Step 12. Provide a "Send to Friend" feature for all the products and services you offer. This feature is a link that sends the article, product description, etc. to a recipient via e-mail.

Social media is not a fad. It is here to stay and brings a profound change to web surfers' experiences. Now is the right time to implement features that will make your site Social-Media-Friendly. Also, using marketing techniques that utilize popular social media sites, you will see a massive increase in traffic to your site.
