SEO tips for Brand new website

SEO is the process of making your site understandable for search engines. The goal of SEO is to increase ranking of your website. If you are Launching a brand new website and you want to make it popular on web, then you should use best tools for this, i.e.‘SEO’. you should implement a few things correctly, right from the beginning, can slingshot your website into top search rankings within just a few months of launching. I have a short checklist of SEO tips for brand new website –


1. Choose a short url with your primary keywords in it.(if possible)


2. Target few major keywords.


3. Always use unique Meta tags for each page.


4. Use Header tags and use keyword in Title tags.


5. Verify your site with Google webmasters, yahoo, Bing webmaster


6. Don’t use Duplicate content.


7. Upload Site map and robot.txt for site.


8. Install Google Analytic


9. Add a blog to your site and post on it on weekly basis (don’t use a separate domain name for your blog)


10. Use 301 Redirect


11. Check Page load speed


12. Promote your site in many places like article submission, directories, press release, blogs, Social bookmarking etc.
